Application are Invited on prescribed form from the local domicile candidates of Balochistan province for admission in three years Course of Diploma of associates Engineer  (D.A.E) Government Polytechnique Institute/College of technology of other Provinces (Punjab/Sindh/Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) on reciprocal basis against reserved of Balochistan province for the session 2018 to 2020. the candidates having passed at least secondary school certificate (S.S.C in 2nd Division) with science subject and having age not more than 19 years for Punjab including one year's relaxation, 22 years for Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 01-07-2018 are eligible to apply.

Two (02) seats have been reserved for female in Sindh province.

the following documents are required for admission.

1.       Matric certificate With DMC       (2-copies)
2.       Local domicile certificate             (2-copies)
3.       Character Certificate                      (2-Copies)
4.       3 passport size photo
5.        4- Registered Envelops (Non-Written)
6.        Postal Order for Rs.400/- or by Cash For Application Form Fees
7.        An Affidavit on the Non Judicial stamp paper of Rs. 15/- dully attested by the 1st class magistrate stating that the candidates of his/her parent/guardian were not selected previously on any reserved seats of Balochistan in original.

•  For registration and applying online, please visit https://oas.buitms.edu.pk. Upon successful submission of online application, print the processing fee slip and the filled in application form.
• Application processing fee (Rs. 2500/-) can be deposited in Habib Bank Limited against online account No. 2358-70001966-01, BUITEMS Airport Road, Quetta. Application processing fee (Rs. 2500/-) can also be deposited by demand draft in favor of Registrar BUITEMS.
• Attested copies of certificates (Matric, Intermediate/Diploma), DMC (Matric, Intermediate/Diploma), CNIC (applicant’s / father’s) B Form (applicant’s), local/domicile certificate (applicant’s / father’s), character certificate issued by last attended institution and 4 recent photographs must be attached with the admission form (valid NTS / HAT is acceptable).
• Printed application form, processing fee slip and attested copies of documents must be sent to “Deputy Registrar Academics, BUITEMS, Takatu Campus, Quetta” before closing date.
•  Incomplete applications shall not be entertained.
