3. Deputy Director BPS-18 35 Years

Criteria
M.B.A / M. Com or Postgraduate, preferably in 1 st class or equivalent qualifications from HEC recognized University with 5 years experience in BPS 17 in any Government / Semi Government/ Autonomous bodies. High proficiency in English communication, monitoring and report writing, computer proficiency in Accounting Software, MS Office and database handling.


4. Assistant Director Administration BPS-17

Criteria
 MBA /MPA or Postgraduate, preferably in 1st class or equivalent qualifications from a recognized University with 3 years administrative experience on a post equivalent to BPS-16 in a University / College / Government Department / Autonomous Organization. Preference will be given to

Criteria
MBA (Finance), M.Com or Postgraduate qualification in relevant subject preferably in 1 st class from HEC recognized University with 3 years experience of Accounts work in a post equivalent to BPS -16 in a University / Government Department / Autonomous Organization Preference will be given to the candidates having command on Accounts related software

6. Assistant Director Examinations BPS -17 30 Years

Criteria
MBA or MPA or Postgraduate preferably in 1st class or equivalent qualification from HEC recognized University with 3 years relevant experience in a post equivalent to BPS -16 in University / College / Government Department / Autonomous Organization Computer Skills especially on security software.

7. Office Assistants BPS - 1 5 25 Years

Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree (Second division) from a recognized University with typing skill 30 words per minute. Preference will be given to the candidates having Computer skills i.e. MS word, MS Excel, MS power point etc are essential.

8. Driver & Dispatch Rider -BPS - 5 25 years

Criteria
Matriculation with driving license in heavy vehicles with two years experience and having license in light vehicles with four years experience.


9. Naib Qasid, Security Guards, BPS - 2 25 Years



Criteria
Matriculation will be preferred.

Terms and Conditions 

1. Dully filled applications along with two recent passport size photographs, attested copies of all educational degrees, experience certificates, CNIC and Local/Domicile should be reached in the office of the Registrar on or before 20th April, 2018. 

2. Applications must be submitted along with all necessary documents on the prescribed “Application Form” available at University Website: www.luawms.edu.pk with a Bank Draft of Rs.2000/- for serial No. 1-6, Rs. 1000/- for serial No. 7 and Rs. 500/- for serial 8-9 in favor of Registrar LUAWMS Uthal. 

3. Candidates having only Balochistan local/domiciles are eligible for administrative positions. 

4. Preference will be given to the candidates belong to District Dera Murad Jamali for the posts of 1-5 grades. 

5. Incomplete after due date applications shall not be entertained. 

6. Female candidates are encouraged to apply. 

7. Candidates who are already in service may apply through proper channel and submit NOC otherwise the applications will not be entertained and they are responsible for getting relieved properly from their parent departments. 

8. Candidate applying for more than one post shall submit separate application complete in all respect with necessary documents. 

9. The University reserves the right to change number of posts, cancel advertised posts, not to fill any post, partly or as a whole. 

10. The university also reserves the right to withhold the appointment against any advertised post or to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason. 

11. Hiding facts and providing mis-information may lead to termination even after selection of candidate at any stage. 

12. Canvassing in any manner will disqualify the candidates. 

13. Maximum age limit shall be count till the closing date. 

14. General relaxation in upper age limit of Government of Balochistan shall be followed in all cases. 

15. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview and no TA/ DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview. 

 16. The bench mark for qualifying written test shall be obtaining 50% marks. 

17. Obtaining highest mark in written test does not confer the right of selection however final selection shall be decided by the Selection Board. 

18. Decision of the University shall remain binding in all cases.
