Age Limit & Domicile For contract appointment the condition of Upper age and domicile is relaxed and application are invited from Candidates on all Pakistan basis. Gender:- Both Male & Female from all over Pakistan. Procedure to Apply:
1) The applicants are required to submit/address their applications to the Secretary Health Department Government of Balochistan along with attested copies of all documents/degrees/Experience Certificates etc.
2) All documents/testimonial/ degrees/DMCs/Experience Certificates etc. Must be attested by a gazetted officer.
3) Fours Passport size Photographs & three Character certificates, One from last Institution attended by the applicant, be provided.
