I. Project Manager (Livelihood & Protection ) Masters in Social Sciences or related discipline with minimum 05 years of experience in development sector. possessing strong analytical thinking, project management skills, with ability to pion. budget and oversee project& liming strong interpersonal communication skills
2. Monitoring & Evaluation Officer (Male) (Graduation in Social Sciences or related discipline with minimum 03years of experience in development sector, possessing strong interpersonal skills and Skills.
3. Marketing and Designing Officer (Female) Graduation in Fine Arts/Fashion Designing and/ or related discipline with minimum 03years of experience In developing the sector, particularly possessing strong analytical thinking, resource management. market assessment. linkages development, event management, designing & strong interpersonal skills.
4. Senior Field officer -Protection (Graduation in related discipline with minimum 03 years' experience in development sector with the ability to coordinate with stakeholders, service providers, project community .design and facilitate GBV training.
5. Team Leader Community Mobilization (Male) Graduation in related discipline minimum 03 years' experience in development sector possessing strong communication skills ability to lead and guide community mobilizers.
6. Field Assistant (Male) (minimum graduation or relevant professional qualification with ability to manage documentation and provide technical assistance in project activities.
7. Skill Trainer (Female: 3 Positions) minimum graduation with minimum two years' experience in imparting livelihood training of local and afghan crafts possessing strong communication skills.
8. GBV Trainer (1 Male & 1 Female) minimum three years' experience in Protection field, imparting training to project community and service providers.
9. Community Mobilizers (3 Male & 3 Female) Graduation in Social Sciences or related discipline with minimum 03 years of experience in development sector, ability to speak local languages (Pashto/Persian), strong interpersonal and negotiating skills, field experience of working with local communities.
